Ping Newest Production, G20 Irons

Based on the Ping G15, the Ping has launched the Ping G20 Irons which is thought to be stand on the top of Ping. Then it means the Ping G20 Irons has the Ping's common features and extent qualities which the other Ping products don't have. Just enjoy this easy to learn about it!

That is right, the Ping G20 Irons are very similar to the G15’s, with a slightly wider sole. The cavity of these irons features a very similar look to the G15’s but with a new soft layer on the back to help with sound, feel and vibrations. The steel shafts also look new, with more evenly spaced steps than the traditional AWT shafts, with a unique and interesting feel.

The Ping G20 Irons features a new Custom Tuning Port which expands perimeter weighting and increases MOI. The thinner face of the G20 Iron helps position weight to the toe for added forgiveness. The wider sole of the Ping G20 Irons provides a higher launch angle. Strong lofts and a low center of gravity produce long shots with a high trajectory and maximum forgiveness.

While the Ping G20 Irons maintain the Ping 'G' look, they have changed the weighting in the head and modified the feel. Impressive forgiveness remains, but with a better all-round performance.  Ping has opted for a lighter finish than in the Ping K15 and the head itself is slightly more compact to look down on. There is still plenty of confidence-inspiring forgiveness on show. We felt as if Ping could have been more ambitious in separating the look of the Ping G20 Irons on the shelf from its predecessor. The cosmetic changes do not reflect the improvements made. The new  CFS is the steel  stock offering from Ping. It helped to produce a long flight on test. The TFC 169i is the graphite offering and will help anyone looking for a higher launch.
